FEEDBACK RATING SYSTEM

The feedback system enables users to enter comments about their dealings with other users. All feedback comments are public and cannot be retracted once entered.

The system rates a YaHaggle user's reputation in the community. The number in parenthesis( ) beside each persons User Id represents their total feedback rating. By clicking on the number you can view the entire feedback profile of the user.

Having a positive feedback record is crucial for success on YaHaggle. Buyers use feedback ratings to help them make decisions about dealing with specific YaHaggle users.

What Type of Feedback Should I Leave—Positive or Negative?
Leave positive feedback if you were treated well and had a positive experience. Leave negative feedback if you were treated poorly. (Before leaving negative feedback try to resolve the problem, by contacting the other person). Sometimes problems can be solved with a little communication. Leaving feedback should be based upon your personal experience.

Should I Check Feedback? If you're thinking of buying from someone, you should check the seller's Feedback. If you're a seller you can also do the same for any potential buyers. A users Rating and feedback can help in determining how trustworthy they are!

If a User Has a High Feedback Rating, Does That Mean The User Has a Great Reputation?
In most cases, a high Feedback Rating is good, but make sure you actually read the comments received for any negative remarks. It's better not to make your determination of the users reliability on their Rating Score alone.

If you've completed a transaction with user, we encourage you to leave feedback. By leaving your comments you will help contribute to an honest and open trading environment.

How the Feedback Rating System Works
The feedback rating system is easy. The points are calculated as follows:

For each positive comment you receive you get +1 point

For each neutral comment you receive you get 0 points

For each negative comment you receive you get -1 points

As an example, Yahaggle member Mary has received 50 positive comments (+50), 2 neutral comments (0) and 5 negative comments (-5). So Mary's total points would be +45 or it would show as Mary (+45 )

Each user on YaHaggle that trades with you has the ability to leave feedback about their dealings with you. In order to make that contribution fair and safe, each member can only affect another member's feedback score by +1, 0, or -1.

Feedback scores represent the number of users that were satisfied doing business you. The score is calculated by subtracting any negative comments from the positive comments. Neutral comments are 0 so do not impact the overall number.

Feedback can only be left by each unique transaction specific to a user.

What are the different images displayed next to the numbers in the brackets?

Images are given by achieving different levels of Positive Feedback:

( )	represents positive feedback of 10-50
( )	represents positive feedback of 51-500
( )	represents positive feedback of 501-1,000
( )	represents positive feedback of 1,001-2,500
( )	represents positive feedback of 2,500-10,000
( )	represents positive feedback of 10,001-25,000
( )	represents positive feedback of 25,001-100,000
( )	represents positive feedback of 100,001+

Important Feedback Policy

The following actions regarding the use of the Feedback system are prohibited:

	Threatening a user with negative feedback for their refusal to perform actions not related to your transaction with that user.
	Failure to agree to terms and conditions of an auction that were not stated in the original listing.
	Leaving feedback that contains vulgarity or profanity.
	Leaving feedback that discloses another users personally identifiable information.
	Leaving comments that are negative in nature, through the selection of the Positive comment option.

Feedback ratings that reach -4 (negative 4) or below may have their registration and account suspended.
